“Shelley, at Your Sacred Design, changed how I parent my son and I mean that with my whole heart.

My son is 12 and we clash. A lot. I love him so much but I just couldn't work out why we kept bumping heads. I came to Shelley wanting some answers and she gave me something so much bigger than I expected.

She did a full comparative Human Design reading for both of us, mapping how our individual designs interact with each other. The centrepiece is the Bodygraph, this visual map of 9 energy centres including the Throat, the G Centre, the Solar Plexus and the Sacral. Seeing mine and my son's charts side by side, with our connections literally drawn between us, made something click that words alone never could have.

Shelley walked me through the whole report page by page in our session together. Her knowledge runs deep, but what makes her genuinely special is how she explains it. Warm, clear, and it just lands personally. She also has this lovely natural way about her that makes you feel completely at ease.

What hit me hardest was getting my head around our healthy expression together. How, when this dynamic becomes conscious, I can show up differently for him, he responds differently to me, and I actually get to guide him the way he needs. That's a gift I really didn't expect.

I've now booked her to do a reading for my husband and youngest son too. I want a map of all of us.

And honestly, you don't have to be struggling with a relationship to get something out of this. Understanding yourself, how you're wired, why you do what you do, that's worth knowing regardless. I wish I'd done it years ago just for me.
